1. About our products

24 Alkaline-C (Sodium Ascorbate) is a food supplement sold under the EM-CORE brand. It is manufactured by Compact Pharmaceuticals Corp. and distributed by Discovering Opportunities of Tomorrow Network (DOTNET) Inc., as printed on the box. We sell it as an official branch. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Orders and prices

  • All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱).
  • Each order gets a reference number (for example 24AC-XXXXXXXX). You can use it on our order tracking page.
  • Prices, packages and promotions may change without notice, but the price you were shown at checkout is the price of your order.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the details are incomplete or incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If you already paid, we will refund you in full.
  • Promotional packages such as the Trial Pack are subject to availability [AND ANY LIMITS, E.G. ONE TRIAL PACK PER CUSTOMER].

3. Payment

QR payments (GCash, QR Ph, Maya, BPI and similar): scan the QR code on the payment page, pay the exact amount shown, then upload a clear screenshot or photo of your receipt. Your order is placed once your receipt is uploaded. We check every receipt before shipping. Orders with a receipt that is invalid, edited, or doesn't match the amount may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD): pay the exact order amount to the rider when your order arrives. [WHAT HAPPENS IF A CUSTOMER REFUSES OR DOESN'T RECEIVE A COD ORDER, E.G. REPEATED REFUSALS MAY MEAN COD IS NO LONGER OFFERED TO THEM]

Available payment methods can change. Only the methods shown at checkout are accepted.

4. Shipping and delivery

  • Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by wrong details.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

  • If your order arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, message us within [E.G. 7 DAYS] of delivery with photos, and we will replace the item or refund you.

These terms don't affect your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

6. Using this website

Please don't misuse this website, for example by placing fake orders, uploading fake receipts, or trying to access parts of the site that aren't meant for you. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes and governing law
